Preparation
The trick to a good pork chop is don't overcook it!
BBQ: Cook 3-5 min per side until internal temp 145.
Pan Sear: 3-5 min per side
Slow Cooker: Low 3-5 hrs.
Serve with oven roasted potatoes. Rub whole potatoes (with skins) in oil of your choice. Season generously with salt and pepper. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour.Â
Serve with side salad!
