Preparation
Oven:
Set the oven to 425 F.
Add contents of large ziploc bag AND raw noodles into 9x13 pan. Add 4 cups of water or until pasta is covered with liquid.
Stir so that the ingredients are mixed together.
Tightly cover the pan with two layers of foil - SHINY SIDE IN, and place in the oven to bake until the pasta is cooked, about 45 min. Stir, check for doneness.
Remove the foil from the pan.
Sprinkle cheese/herb mix over the casserole.
Place the uncovered pan back in the oven and bake another 10 minutes.
Let the casserole cool before scooping into it, about 10 minutes. This will thicken the sauce slightly.
