Stovetop:
Defrost freezer bag overnight.
Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat; add the contents of the freezer bag and cook until the ground beef is browned (about 5-6 minutes). Be sure to break the meat up into small pieces.
Add the orzo and 2 cups of water and stir to combine.
Simmer over medium heat for 10-12 minutes, covered, stir often to be sure the orzo doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
