Maple Balsamic Chicken & Mash

Preparation


Thaw freezer meal 


Slow Cooker: Add contents of freezer bag to slow cooker and cook on “low” setting for 4 hours in a 6-quart slow cooker or 8 hours in a 4-quart slow cooker.


Instant Pot: Add ½ cup water so it will pressure up. 18 min. Natural Release 10 min. (It might burn in the instant pot, no promises…)


Bake: 425 degrees  for 30-40 min until cooked through


Bake Mashed potatoes at 400 for 45 min. Or lay parchment over chicken and add foil tray into slow cooker.
