Mississippi Pot Roast

Preparation

Slow Cooker: Transfer the roast and the rest of the contents of the bag to the slow cooker. (You do not add any liquid). Add potatoes if you want.


Cook on low for 8-hrs. Shred the beef and serve it over noodles or potatoes.


Instant Pot: 80 minutes, natural release 15 minutes.


*Serve over provided noodles (would also be delicious over mashed potatoes or rice).
