Slow Cooker Beefy Tortellini

Preparation

Thaw in Fridge (or don’t…..)


The Megan-Way: 

Add saucy freezer bag to slow cooker from frozen (NOT the tortellini!!) 

Add 2 cups water. 

Cook on low for 8-hrs or high for 4-hrs.

Stir in tortellini and cheese. Let cook for 30-40 min until tortellini is soft and heated, but not mushy!


The Other Way:

Some people prefer to brown the ground beef before adding it to the slow cooker. Do that first if you want. Then follow above instructions.
