Sweet and Sour Pork

Preparation

Slow Cooker: 

  1. Add contents of bag to slow cooker and add ½ cup water. 

  2. Set slow cooker to low for 6 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs. 

  3. Make cornstarch slurry with 3 tbs cornstarch and â…“ c water. Stir in during the last 30 minutes of cooking to thicken.

Stovetop: 

  1. Thaw

  2. Simmer on low until the meat chunks are cooked through. 

  3. Make cornstarch slurry with 3 tbs cornstarch and â…“ c water. Stir in and cook for 5 min until thickened.
