Preparation
Slow Cooker:Â
Add contents of bag to slow cooker and add ½ cup water.Â
Set slow cooker to low for 6 hrs or high for 3-4 hrs.Â
Make cornstarch slurry with 3 tbs cornstarch and â…“ c water. Stir in during the last 30 minutes of cooking to thicken.
Stovetop:Â
Thaw
Simmer on low until the meat chunks are cooked through.Â
Make cornstarch slurry with 3 tbs cornstarch and â…“ c water. Stir in and cook for 5 min until thickened.
